Our team has recently completed a series of fire safety works at one of the UK’s top car parts distributors, based in Nottingham. The project focused on enhancing fire safety compliance throughout key areas of the facility.
The scope of works included:
-Installation of a new push bar emergency exit system, ensuring quick and safe egress in the event of an emergency.
-Replacement of three fire-rated overhead door closers, improving door control and maintaining effective compartmentation.
-Full FD30 double door replacement, installed with compliant hardware and seals, bringing the setup fully in line with current UK fire door regulations.
All components were fitted to the highest standard, and the upgraded doors are now fully certified, offering improved fire resistance and occupant safety across the site.
