We have spent a few days at this site, after having an FRA issue we picked up on various communal doors and apartments doors that consisted of gaps too large around the doors, doors not closing correctly into the frames and non fire rated hinges. With all these issues the doors had failed the FRA. Our team went in a worked on each individual failed door, gaps were brought inline with UK current regulations, new fire rated hinges and existing closers adjusted. Once the works were completed all doors passed the next FRA.
